Mr. Sze Wine Him Jaime

Mr. Sze Wine Him Jaime, SBS, BBS, JP, was appointed as an independent non-executive Director and a member of the Nomination Committee of the Company in May 2026. He has extensive experience in the investment industry. He is currently a director and the investment director of Hang Tung Resources Holding Limited, the Founding Chairman and Fund Chairman of The Y.Elites Association, the Chairman of the Finance Committee of The Chinese Permanent Cemeteries (BMCPC), a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Sir David Trench Fund for Recreation, the Co-Founding Chairman of the ACYF HK Members Association and Honorary Chairman of The Committee of Youth Activities in Hong Kong. He was also the Vice President of the 12th Committee of All-China Youth Federation, the President of Centum Charitas Foundation and a Council member of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In recognition of his contributions to Hong Kong, he was appointed as a Justice of the Peace by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government on 1 July 2014, and was awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star and the Silver Bauhinia Star on 1 July 2019 and 1 July 2026 respectively.
