GEG and The Women’s General Association of Macau Promote Respectful and Family-Friendly Workplace
- 1. Nearly 200 team members attended the workshops on creating a respectful workplace.
- 2. Ms. Hazel Wong, Senior Vice President of Retail of Galaxy Macau encourages team members to be considerate for all of our similarities and differences in building a friendly workplace.
- 3. Ms. Ada To, Assistant Senior Vice President of Human Resources Business Partner of GEG, said the company strives to build a caring and comfortable workplace.
- 4. Ms. Ada To presents Mr. Lao Chan Fong with a thank-you gift in appreciation for his workshop.
- 5. Mr. Lao Chan Fong, Psychology Director at the Psychotherapy Center of The Women’s General Association of Macau introduces some basic ideas on maintaining a respectful workplace. He also provides tips on preventing discrimination and harassment and also discusses appropriate measures for dealing with issues that may arise.
- 6. Ms. Bernardete Fan, Senior Associate of Manuela António Lawyers and Notaries, introduces relevant laws in the Macau Special Administrative Region.
- 7. The Women's General Association of Macau advocates the prevention of domestic violence by setting up display boards in the Heart-of-House area of Galaxy Macau.
