GEG Launches U-LEAD Graduate Internship Program
- 1. GEG launched a U-LEAD Graduate Internship Program that offers a three-month internship for fresh graduates.
- 2. The U-LEAD Program is tailored for fresh graduates. With a “Sifu-support” scheme, participants will be expected to work in their positions and develop the related professional skills and knowledge, whilst being coached and guided by experienced team members or department heads.
- 3. Participant explored GEG’s career opportunities during the open day. Fresh graduates participated in ice-breaking games and engagement activities aimed at arousing their energy, encouraging teamwork, and boosting their confidences.
- 4. On-site interviews were conducted at the end of the event.
