Galaxy Entertainment Group Named Second Runner-up in International Dragon Boat Race Held in Xiamen
- 1. Organized by Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, General Administration of Sport of China and China Overseas Exchange Association, the “Chinese Artistic and Cultural Talent (Dragon-boat Racing) Competition for Global Chinese” was held in Xiamen last week. With consistently good performance, the dragon boat team of Galaxy Entertainment Group won second runner-up in Men’s 500m and fourth place in Men’s 200m, to be named the overall second runner-up in the entire race.
- 2. Though competing in an unfamiliar environment, the dragon boat athletes of Galaxy Entertainment Group were still able to deliver their best performance to race against 14 strong teams formed by overseas Chinese from around the globe.
- 3. The dragon boat athletes of Galaxy Entertainment Group were thoroughly encouraged by the good results they have achieved in the competition.
