The program will also provide participants with an opportunity to complete an internationally accredited personality assessment so that they can better understand their talents and capabilities.
To motivate the participants to maximize their full potential, new awards including the “Outstanding Leadership Award”, “Most Creative Award” and “Award of Merits” will be presented at the closure of the program to acknowledge the participants who deliver outstanding performance. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a Certificate of Recognition and will be eligible to enter into a final contest to compete for an Asian City Study Tour.
