Mr. Kwok is the Senior Director of Legal of GEG. Mr. Kwok holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from University of Manitoba and a LLB (Hons) from London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a solicitor in Hong Kong and England and Wales. He has over 30 years of legal experience in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. His legal expertise covers corporate real estate, project finance, M&A, hospitality and corporate finance. He was appointed as a China Appointed Attesting Officer in 2000. Prior to joining GEG, he was a partner of various international law firms.
