Mr. To is the Senior Director of Strategic Planning of GEG. He joined GEG in early 2004 and has more than 35 years’ experience in banking and financial institutions with respect to project finance, mergers and acquisitions and credit re-structuring. Prior to joining GEG, he held senior executive positions for major local and investment banks in Hong Kong.
