GEG’s Manchu Han Imperial Feast Raises Funds for Macau Autism Association
- 1. To share the special event with the community, GEG holds the GEG & MAA Family Cooking Class at Oasis at Galaxy Macau for selected Macau Autism Association members in the hope of encouraging them to develop their culinary potential and deepen their understanding of cooking. The group also receives a donation of over MOP 230,000, raised through the charitable feast.
- 2. Assistant Vice President, Asian Culinary of Galaxy Macau Simon Tho and Macau Cuisine Association Chairman Mr. Jacky Lam show the participants around Oasis’ open kitchen and amaze them with a demonstration of different cooking methods.
- 3. The GEG & MAA Family Cooking Class participants have the opportunity to experience the pleasure of cooking, alongside their families and the GEG chefs, before sitting together to taste their work happily.
