Kelvin Sit from Institute for Tourism Studies Macau shared his rewarding experience working at the Organization Development & Training Department over the past 6 months. “I really enjoyed the internship program at GEG. The obstacles and difficulties I met here have become the source of motivation for self-improvement, allowing me to see things on a whole new level. The experience here has provided me with the confidence to overcome future challenges and to advance my career,” he said. In closing, the interns gathered on stage to perform a song as a token of gratitude to the GEG mentors for their support and guidance.
Having provided internship opportunities to nearly 290 university students since 2008, the internship programs organized half-yearly by GEG aim to nurture talented young people by enhancing their practical skills and helping them discover future career path.
