With a meaningful purpose to promote social inclusion of people with disability, the event has also invited some visually impaired artists such as Tan Wei Lian from Singapore and local band “Focus” to be the guest performers. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to Macau Holy House of Mercy in support of its Rehabilitation Centre for the Blind.
As a responsible corporate citizen, GEG has always taken a proactive role in supporting the less fortunate people through incorporating a charitable purpose into a variety of events and activities. This year, the Grand Final of “Galaxy Got Talent” will continue to promote the message of social integration by arranging “Focus”, a local band formed by the members of the Rehabilitation Centre for the Blind, to join the GEG team members in presenting a kickoff performance for the contest. Tan Wei Lian, the visually impaired singer from Singapore, is also invited to be the guest performer for the night. Tickets cost $50 each and all proceeds will be donated to the Rehabilitation Centre for the Blind.
Following the tremendous success of the past 4 years, “Galaxy Got Talent” continues to receive overwhelming responses from the GEG team members. Twelve finalists from across the company will showcase their unique talents such as singing, dancing and acrobatics at the Grand Final to compete for seven special awards and prizes worth a total of MOP450,000, including “The Sound of GEG”, “The Talent of GEG” and “The Move of GEG”. The audience can also vote for their favorite contestants at the Facebook of “Galaxy Got Talent” and automatically enter into a lucky draw to win fabulous prizes.
