GEG Organizes a Family Hiking Day to Promote Work-Life Balance
- 1. GEG Staff Social Club recently organized a family hiking day to uplift team spirit, as well as to enhance the interaction between its team members and their families and foster closer family bonds.
- 2. Participants could reconnect with the nature and train up the body through hiking. GEG Staff Social Club also set up different game stations along the route to encourage communication between team members and their families.
- 3. GEG team members and their families were divided into groups, to compete in the tent building challenge and accomplish with their teamwork.
- 4. All participants enjoyed the barbeque after hiking, helped clean up to keep the environment clean and ensured all kindling was put out before leaving.
